Our Virtual Skincare Consultation Services make professional skincare guidance accessible to clients around the world, even if you are unable to visit one of our partner clinics for an in-person facial treatment. Each consultation is conducted by a fully licensed, experienced MAVIDA esthetician, who will work with you one-on-one to address your specific skin concerns, goals, and lifestyle, creating a fully customized skincare routine that fits your needs and budget. Before your consultation, you will be asked to complete a detailed skin assessment form, including information about your current skincare routine, any skin conditions or allergies you have, your lifestyle factors like sun exposure and stress levels, and your short and long-term skincare goals. You will also be asked to submit clear, natural-light photos of your skin without makeup, so your esthetician can conduct a thorough analysis of your skin type, concerns, and areas that need attention. During your virtual session, your esthetician will discuss their analysis with you, answer any questions you have, and walk you through a step-by-step customized skincare routine, including product recommendations, usage instructions, and tips for adjusting your routine based on seasonal changes or changes in your skin. After your consultation, you will receive a written copy of your personalized skincare routine, including links to recommended products and detailed usage instructions. We also provide 2 weeks of follow-up email support, so you can ask additional questions as you adjust to your new routine, and we offer discounted follow-up consultations every 3 months to adjust your routine as your skin improves and your goals change. Our virtual consultations are ideal for clients who live in areas without access to professional esthetic services, clients with busy schedules who cannot make time for in-clinic appointments, or clients who prefer to manage their skincare routine from home. Many of our clients combine virtual consultations with in-clinic facial treatments when possible, for a comprehensive approach to skin health that delivers maximum results.
